Incompetent Seller Daniel Lopez, Jr. LifeVac.sale

I ordered 5 LifeVac Home Kits from a site LifeVac.sale.
I later found out I had not ordered directly from the official Life Vac company.
3 of the 5 units were shipped.
I contacted my credit card to dispute $100 credit card charge.
I contacted the seller I had not received 5 units, only 3.
They responded to ship the remaining 2 units.
I received 1 of the 2. Contacted the seller. Said I would contact Better Business Bureau. They said the last unit was shipped but the tracking number with USPS showed no tracking data. Finally 1 day late the final unit was delivered. I contacted the credit card to release the disputed charge to our credit card.
What a circus.
